(kn)Jobs satisfaction is being satisfied in a job,an employees needs being fulfilled in a job. Job satisfaction is called motivation whereas job dissatisfaction factors are known as hygeine factors.
(An)Motivation can be acheived through peice rate payment,acheivement,or security needs being fulfilled.
(An+)Motivation helps the business to achieve its own objectives.

[KN] motivator helps employee achieve their goal whereas hygiene factor are essential need without which it may lead to demotivation
[AN] hygiene factor are the responsibility of business if they are fulfilled motivator will have a greater impact.
[AN+] this will lead towards increase in efficiency of employee.

(Kn) motivators are those factors which pushes an employee to work harder on the other hand hygiene factors are those if not present so it would demotivate employees.
(An) hygiene factors are basic elements like working conditions or salaries if present so this would help to increase the impact of motivators on employees.
(An+) motivated employees would have high level of productivity and efficiency which would highly contribute to business performance.

[KN]: hygiene factors are necessities required by the employee whereas motivators are usually luxury
[AN]: if an organization fulfills these factors they will have a positive workplace environment
[AN+]: this increases productivity and innovation and reduces labour turnover
