(AN1) as it is democratic leadership the manager will take everyone's feedback on any step taking place which can delay decisions and be time-consuming which is troublesome during crisis situations
(AN2) moreover due to taking feedback many times the most efficient decision cannot be taken place rather the one that pleases majority to keep employee relations managed
(AN3) hindering efficiency in as although such inclusivity is valuable and makes employees feel welcomed it can decrease the strength of different decisions
