KN:
A business aim is a long-term goal that shows what the business wants to achieve overall, while an objective is a specific, measurable step taken to reach that aim.

AP:
For example, Nishat Mills may have an aim to expand internationally, and one of its objectives could be to open three new stores in Dubai within two years.

AN:
An aim gives the business overall direction. An objective breaks that aim into smaller targets. Together, they help the business plan clearly and measure progress.

[Kn] A business *aim* is a broad, long-term goal that shows what the business wants to achieve overall.

[App]For example, a company’s aim might be to become the most popular fast-food chain in its city.

[An] In contrast, an *objective* is **more specific and measurable**, **set for the short term to achieve the aim**, and **helps track progress, such as increasing sales by 15% in one year to reach that long-term aim**.

[KN]An aim is the main purpose of the business and it's operations while an objective is a target set to help achieve that aim.
[APP]For example a bakery aims to provide the best biscuits in it's region. To achieve this aim,the bakery needs to increase customer satisfaction or brand image.
[AN] Using high quality raw materials and efficient production methods, the output produced will be high quality which will lead to increase in sales leading to a better brand image which will help the business achieve it's aim.
