Hygiene factors
Hygiene factors are basic job necessities such as working conditions and salary that if not met can cause dissatisfaction.

Motivators
Motivators such as recognition and achievement drive job satisfaction and motivation. The theory implies to improve job satisfaction and motivation managers must not only provide adequate hygiene factors but also focus on motivators.

] Hygiene Factors (Factors of Maintenance) (AN) For workers to be motivated, they must feel secure in their positions. Unhappiness at work can result from job insecurity. (AN+) Therefore, securities should be provided to employees in order to keep them with the company and prevent them from leaving.

KN] The other is factors that drive people to work harder and be more productive.
This can be accomplished by rewarding them for their accomplishments,
which in turn drives them to work harder and reach economies of scale.

[FACTOR 1] hygiene factors
[EXP] these are factors that can help to maintain the level of motivation of employees but do not have an actual positive impact on their job satisfaction. Although the absence of these factors can surely cause demotivation. examples of hygiene factors may include the wage/ salary of the worker, their working conditions, etc.

[FACTOR 2] motivators
[EXP] these are factors that can positively lead to motivation of workers in the business and hence may lead to to better worker performance. examples are, relationship with fellow workers, relationship with senior workers, fringe benefits etc.
