[KN] Reversion may occur. [AN] This means that an individual may move to a lower level of hierarchy due to less satisfaction at one level, e.g: less job security may move worker satisfaction to physical needs only in the hierarchy. [AN+] As a result, the productivity of the worker may decline along with efficiency of business if the worker feels distressed, and is not working at full potential as he may no longer feel encouraged to work hard.
