[AN] employees are not sure what they are supposed to do or how to do it and no clear instructions are given
[AN+] this can cause decreased productivity and waste of time and delays in business achieving their targets

[AN] Employees may misunderstand each other's instructions or expectations, which can lead to conflicts also employees who feel like they are not being heard or valued are likely to have low morale and motivation.
[AN+] Ineffective communication and teamwork can lead to a decrease in productivity. Employees who are not communicating effectively or working together well are likely to waste time and resources.

[an] duties are not clearly stated, employees are not given the proper direction of work leading to coonfusion
[an+] inefficient time management and hence unnecessary wastage of resources

[an] managers usually do not take accountability for their actions and employees tend to abuse their power by working halfheartedly and unethically

(an) as employees are allowed to take decision without approval this might decrease quality as mistakes overlooked

(Kn) lack of accountability and direction (an) it will cause confusion among team members due to lack of guidance (an+) this will lead no ineffectiveness even if efficiency is present

(Kn) possibility of errors (an) since team members are not mainly hired for leadership but rather conducting their own tasks, lack of leadership can result in wrong decisions or work being followed (an+) this will further result in time wastage as even the making of a settled decision would take time

[AN] W/o clear guidance and effective management, confusion may arise about roles and responsibilities..
[AN+] Hence will lead to missed deadlines, inefficiency and decline in performance standards.

[KN] Increase in conflicts.
[AN] Lack of coordination may arise too which may create disputes among the employees hence leading to toxic work environment.
[AN+] Thus it may hinder team work hence further resulting in an decrease in overall performance of the organization.

[AN]: Causing a fall in output and efficiency
