QUESTION SIR: CAN IT BE USED IN SERVICE SECTOR AS ONLY INSTRUCTION NEEDS TO BE PROVIDED TO EMPLOYEES ON WHAT TO DO.
KN: It can be used in the HRM DEPARTMENT of business as it is their responsiilty on doing everything related to the hiring process etc and equires their own thinking process on knowing which EMPLOYEE is best for the organization.
AN: When L.F style would be used in this DEPARTMENT the EMPLOYEES in the DEPARTMENT will have a sense of RESPONSIBILITY thus leading THEM to work with better focus as sense of RESPONSIBILITY is built.
AN+: When better focus is built less error are MADE thus saving business costs (right EMPLOYEES recruited for the right job and less labour turnover thus less recruiting costs beared by business)
i have this answr first but it's wrong and i have no idea what it says so i'll try give another answer...
KN: Newly recruited employees need guiding and training and have less idea baout business culture becuase of which L.F style can not be adapted on them as without guidance they wll not be on the right track and always stay confused.
AN: Confusion leads to lack of focus in their work tasks and thus more errors.
AN: Business will only go into losses because of this as wastage o time and resources and instead of being productive the new employees will only increase business costs.

[KN] Areas where a clear structure and direction is needed. [AN] This means that in business that require immediate action and where dangerous procedures are undertaken, employees are needed to be dealt with strict rules and regulations to reduce risks of health and safety hazards. [AN+] This may also avoid wastage of time as employs being left to carry out work may be risky and time consuming and not be appropriate in organisations that require immediate actions.

[KN]: laissez-faire style would not be appropriate in group work
[AN]: laissez-faire is individual-based leadership so teammates may not be able to work well together .
[AN+]: this would result in loss of group projects

[KN]: tasks where the employees are demotivated and less experienced
[AN]: it would be a waste of resources for the business as the employees would not use the opportunity
[AN+]: hence, causing loss to the business and a negative impact on the working environment so, it is necessary for such employees to have guidance and supervision

[KN] places where safety is the primary concern
[AN] in that case total autocracy is required
[AN+] as if we use LAISSEZ-FAIRE method a little negligence in the safety may result in the major loss

[kn]during an emergency.eg machinery breaks down in a manufacturing factory.
[AN] a laissez-faire approachwill lead to delayed decisions and ultimately confusion.
[AN+] this will cause a stand still in the production of goods and will harm the company

KN : laissez faire leadership style is not suitable for large projects as it lacks proper communication and guidance
AN : employees have minimal guidance and if mistakes are made they blame it on each other
AN: managers expect employees to handle everything which sometimes mess up orders affecting the reputation of the company
