[An]Hiring internally may create unnecessary jealousy among employees. Candidates who apply for a position but don't get the role may become angry with their new external 
[An+] creating a negative enviroment for workers which can impact on their productivity

[An]Choosing only to recruit internally may cause companies to miss candidates with additional skills and fresh ideas that current employees don't possess.

[kn] no new ideas or skills being brought in [an] unlike in form of external recruitment the same worker of the firm is chosen who will have the same ideas and initiatives as before regardless of change in position [an+] this would means that the business would lack innovation and the same ideas over and over again could cause boredom and may even ruin the brand image

[AN] When certain employees get promoted within the company instead of others, it might make the ones who weren't chosen feel left out or treated unfairly.
[AN+] It can also make the team feel less united and bring down the overall mood of the employees.

[AN] Hiring only from within the company might mean we miss out on fresh ideas and the latest skills, especially when it comes to updating IT or production systems.
[AN+] The people already here might know how things work now, but they might not have the newest tech skills needed to keep the business competitive.
