[AN]: therefore, they all cannot be motivated by one factor such as, money

[KN] without identification of human needs , we won't be able to cater them eg: a person targeting recognition and esteem needs will not be motivated by a salary raise.
[AN] by minimal investments in giving appreciation letters we will be able to increase the motivation of an employe

[KN] Different people may have different needs. [AN] This means that without studying human needs,it would be assumed that a motivational method works for each and every individual. [AN+] This may lead to misleading results of motivation in a business as that specific method may work for some workers but may not work for some workers at all. Therefore, studying human needs is an important part of motivation theory as human needs vary between people.

(An) every worker would be motivated by achieving their level of needs in hierarchy hence, one factor cannot motivate all employees.
(An+) if all worker's motivation levels are identified so it would be easier for business to motivate their employees and increase efficiency.
