KN: Managers who follow a democratic style will be more inclined to use non financial motivational methods
AN: Most issues are already resolved due to good communication so non financial methods like job rotation and enrichment are used to motivate employees
AN+: Employees will not be bored as there is less repetitive work

[KN] A democratic management style may be followed by non financial motivational methods. [AN] This means that democratic managers may have several ways to motivate employees and may choose to be lenient as they may not believe in too much control. [AN+] This may give opportunities to workers to provide their input in the tasks they perform as now they have more freedom of discussion and decision making and this may dedicate them. [AN+] Furthermore, team tasks may also be assigned to encourage workers. This may reduce boredom amongst them, leading them to work hard. [AN+] In addition, motivation may also be achieved if managers provide chances to polish skills and provide greater challenges as this may bring a sense of achievement and recognition in employees. This may be achieved through principles of job enrichment.
