[KN] Slower Decision Making, as time is wasted in seeking inputs
[AN] It would be a challenge to work in fast paced dynamic industries.
[AN+] Lack of competitiveness & unable to offer products well in time (lose first mover benefit)

[KN] Potential for Indecisiveness, due to diverse viewpoints without any majority.
[AN] It will cause confusion among employees.
[AN+] There might be a hard-work (efficiency) but not in right direction (effectiveness).

[AN] it will takes longer time to make decisions in growing business with fast working capacity

[AN] it can be challenging to effectively coordinate, motivate, and guide a large number of individuals

[AN] Group discussions or seeking everyone opinions can be risky especially if there is a need to take quick decisions, hence decreasing quality of decisions.
[AN+] Thus this will lead to inefficiency and business may loose its position as it would stay behind the strong competitors.

[KN] Confusion about roles and responsibilities.
[AN] Lack of clarity about the duties of employees may result in inefficient distribution of work, hence decreasing productivity too.
[AN+] Thus as a result no one will be responsible for the outcome, potentially impacting performance and accountability.

[AN] difficult to decide the best idea to follow
[AN+] Once an idea is accepted it will cause jealousy among the employees.

[KN] A lot of arguments on how to complete certain tasks
[AN] Misunderstandings and conflict
[AN+] wastage of time in attempting to resolve the issue rather then focusing on improvement in production

[AN] when workers are told to provide feedback instead of doing the task they focus on giving their own opinions on everything first leading to time wasted which could've been used to complete the goal
[AN+] thus slowing down productive capacity leading to a decrease in productivity and effiency causing customers to get attracted elsewhere.

[AN] there are different mindsets in all employees thus if one viewpoint varies from another it may cause conflicts between one and another disrupting teamwork

[AN] Everyone's opinion will be taken into account and at the end one decision would be made ignoring others this would demotivate Wokers and create a time-lag until a decision is made.
[AN+] This will demotivate workers from participating and giving their ideas to the business.

[AN] In urgent situation democracy might not be successful method as quick decisions are required in these situations but democratic style requires time.
