[KN] May act as retaliation & resentment by the internal employees as they are not considered for promotions.
[AN] this will demotivate the existing employees as their loyalty did not paid off well .
[AN+] thus they will may find other jobs to paid higher which will result in loss of expertise for the business

[KN] If an external employee doesn’t adjust with company’s culture, it will create disruption in production processes.
[AN] more time consuming to get settled according to the style of business this will increase competition as the production process is relatively slower than before so consumer demand could not met on time
[AN+] thus rather pushing the business towards growth it will pull it towards decline

[KN] May act as retaliation & resentment by the internal employees as they are not considered for promotions.
[AN] Thus they may feel demotivated to work hence decreasing overall ability to work.
[AN+] Hence they may start to find jobs elsewhere, where they would be appreciated for their efforts.

[KN] If an external employee doesn’t adjust with company’s culture, it will create disruption in production processes.
[AN] Alot of time must be wasted along with a large truck of inefficiencies.
[AN+] Thus business operational activities may get disturbed, further causing a decline in productivity.

(kn)May act as retaliation & resentment by the internal employees as they are not considered for promotions.
(an) this would demotivated already existing workers
(an+) resulting in low productivity
(kn)the external employee would need time to adjust
(an) and if he isn't already familiar with the production he would need train, increasing the cost for firms
(an+)this would waste time for the firms and outcomes might not live up to the input put in the employee

[KN] May act as retaliation & resentment by the internal employees as they are not considered for promotions.
[AN] There could be a detrimental impact on internal staff morale. If they believe there aren't enough chances for advancement and upward mobility within the company
[AN+] It might result in a drop in motivation and contentment at work.

[KN] If an external employee doesn’t adjust with company’s culture, it will create disruption in production processes.
[AN] Teamwork, collaboration, and mutual support are frequently emphasized in company cultures. A worker who does not share these values may find it difficult to collaborate with other staff members. In a production environment, where quality control and deadline compliance depend heavily on teamwork.
[AN+] Ineffective teamwork can cause delays and process disruptions.
