Re: 13 Explain one difference between content and process motivation theories. [3]
[KN]: content theories identify what an individual needs in its life while process theories study an individual's psychological behaviour and how it effects their motivation
[AN]: content theories focus on energizing the employees' efforts and process theories state that the favourable performance of an employee leads to a desirable reward
[AN+]: through content theories, the business can improve its effectiveness by fulfilling the desire of the employees while process theory states that the if the desire of the reward is strong, the employees would work more efficiently in order to achieve it thus increasing output

Re: 13 Explain one difference between content and process motivation theories. [3]
[KN] Content theories assume that individuals are motivated through satisfaction of inner needs while process theories emphasise the reasons and ways individuals choose certain behaviors to meet personal goals. [An] The content theories help to identify the best ways human needs may be satisfied at work while the process theories show how individual effort leads to performance and reward. [AN+] Therefore, content theories may require more time and effort by the business itself which is costly while process theories work through personal struggle of workers which does not have a direct cost on business.

KN: content theories states that individuals are motivated through work satisfaction while processes theory states that individuals choose certain behaviour to meet there goals
AN: process theory shows how individuals does hard work which leads to reward whether content theory-helps to identify that human needs may be satisfied at work
AN+:thus content theory requires more time whereas process theory is quite time sufficient

Re: 13 Explain one difference between content and process motivation theories. [3]
(KN) Content theories deal with ''what'' motivates a person. Whereas process theories deal with ''how'' the motivation occurs.
(AN) Content theories are very useful if an organization wants to understand what individuals, particular needs are, thus providing opportunities to satisfy those needs so that individuals are motivated to work hard.
(AN) Highly motivated employees are often more productive which is beneficial for the organization (better output).

Kn:Content theories of motivation explain the specific factors that motivate people why are they motivated and process theories of motivation explain the thought processes that influence behavior how are they motivated
An: content theories are supposed to identify the needs of employees and process theory shows how to adapt to that need eg physiological can be satisfied by providing minimum wage rate etc

Sir i have no idea onto what is being asked here and how to solve it! PLUS LOADS OF OPINIONS ARE GIVEN ON THE DIFFERENCES ABOVE SO I WOULD PREFER IF YOU SHARE THIS QUESTIONS ANSWER IN CLASS AND WHAT "ACTUALLY" IS THE DIFFERENCE!
