[KN]Its beacause needs are essential and predictable creating a more reliable market demand.
[APP]For example needs like food/water are necessities that people constantly purchase regardless of trends or personal preferences as compared to wants which change constantly like luxury cars etc.
[AN] Thus needs are more stable reducing risk taking ability for a new business which can help them to establish themselves leading towards a rise in growth and they will have less cashflow problems.

KN: Startups usually lack funds, because of which they are forced to focus on selling needs rather than wants.
APP: For Example a new start up company usually has less funds and can not experiment with their limited funds to focus on wants so they focus on selling needs in order to create a customer circle and earn profit.
AN: Focusing on selling needs only, allows the start up to earn a higher percent of profits as needs can not be delayed and Focusing only on needs allows the startup to create a firm foundation and earn profits for future growth.

[KN] Neeeds require less capital investment
[APP] For instance, a simple bread bakery. A bread is a simple food that people require daily and to produce it, it is easier than for a branded bakery selling fancy cake and designer pastries that would need a lot of investment in marketing, packaging and skilled chefs
[AN] Thus a simply bread bakery can start small, meet a basic need and grow steedily.

[KN] Theres lower risk and less competition pressure with needs.
[app] A new bakery start-up can easily satisfy needs by selling basic bread, because people need it daily as part of their meals.
[an+] this will ensure steady demand, reduce risk of failure, and build customer trust and loyalty.

KN: Start up businesses usually focus more on needs rather than wants because this helps ensure business survival.
APP: For instance, selling bread instead of tea cakes.
AN: Due to bread being a need of would ensure sales which would help the business generate higher revenue leading to more profits earned. This profit could late be reinvested on the business to improve their outlet environment or in marketing which would help the business attract more customers.

[KN]: Satisfying needs often require less capital and fewer resources compared to satisfying wants.
[APP]: For example, a simple bakery that provides bread, which is a need, requires less investment than creating luxury cakes, which is a want.
[AN]: This is because:
Start-ups can spend less on research and development when producing basic goods. They also don’t need heavy marketing to convince customers since needs are always in demand, which reduces costs and increases the chances of survival for the new business.

Kn: Everyone wants needs at the first place wanta are just addons on desires
App:A startup business might find it easier to sell eggs as they are a need for survival
Analysis:Needs are always in demands so there will be less chances of the stock being unsold

(kn) Satisfying needs usually needs a lot less capital because the products are basic and not highly specialized or luxurious.
(app) For example, a bakery selling bread as a specialty is meeting a need for food without having to invest in branding or recipes or cakes and pastries.
(an) Allowing the start-up to avoid high spending on R&D or on marketing, making it possible to operate with limited resources but still attracting demand.

(KN)Needs are basic necessities such as food, water, and shelter nf wants are desires . Needs require less capital investment and has higher demand as those are essential for living.
(APP)For eg, a small local bakery that sells basic bread that doesn’t need complex product development or branding. It simply provides a product that people must have.
( AN) this leads to less product development no need for innovation or luxury features and has less financial risk and less costly.

(KN) Less capital is required to satisfy needs rather than wants.
(AN) For example, a start up that provides mineral water would require far less capital than if it were a soft drink company, as not a lot of advertisement and marketing is required for mineral water and the new business would quickly earn customers, being able to satisfy costs quickly and go on to making a profit. On the other hand, a new soft drink company would have to spend a lot in advertising trying to gain customers' trust and proving to them why they are better than already existing soft drink businesses like Coca Cola.
(AN) The new mineral water company would be able to reinvest the profit generated and expand far more earlier than the soda company would due to lack of profits and funds.

(KN)
Needs are basic things like food , clothes or shelter that people must buy.
Wants are extra things people like but can live without.
(APP)
For example, a new bakery business can sell bread which people need every day.
It is easier to sell becuse customers will always buy bread .
(AN)
This means startups can get steady sales by focusing on needs, while wants are harder because people may not spend money on them if they dont have enough income.

[KN]The main aim of a start up is not profit or growth,it's survival so it will focus on needs initially in order to survive in the market.
[APP]For example a start up grocery store will initially sell necessities like bread, rice, etc.Because it will be demanded more by customers.
[AN]As the startup will increase its sales,it can expand more by providing wants and adding value to it's products, increasing the profit margins.

KN: Needs are in more demand and can be produced cheaper than wants.
APP: E.g. a need of a human may be food, hence if a business focuses on simple bread and meat that they can get in bulk and sell at cheap prices, they will sell more as the market range will be larger (poor people can also afford)
AN: Hence this will mean as initial price is less, and it will be easier to source the raw materials. And the demand is high, so more customers hence less marketting would be needed. Thus a start-up buisness will find it easier to sustain themselves as they would be getting a decent profit margin from all of this too (as the main goal is not to have a HIGH profit margin at the current moment, but to survive).

KN: Start-ups often have limited money and resources.
It’s easier to meet basic needs than expensive wants.

APP: For example, a small café can sell affordable meals to meet hunger.
But it might struggle to offer luxury desserts at high cost.

AN: This makes meeting needs more realistic for new businesses.
It helps them attract customers with essentials first.
