(KN) People may choose to work to get noticed and appreciated by seniors.
(APP) For example, employee A, that already has physiological needs fulfilled, as well as safety needs, may keep working for company A, not for money but to satisfy esteem needs and become more noticed, as this would make them feel "important" for the company.
(AN) This would lead to an increase in productivity and a greater number of customers' demands would be fulfilled over a short period of time, increasing motivation.

[APP] For example, an office worker may enjoy working as a team where they can communicate & work with their co-workers
[AN] This helps them feel connected and valued as the team praises each other's work, improving motivation & satisfaction.(2 ELEMENTS MISSED)
[AN+] Furthermore, having different teams will lead to competition, helping employees work together efficiently in order to win, increasing the production of the business.3/8

[KN] They may enjoy the work they do.(REBUILD THIS PART AGAIN)T.V
[APP] For example, a teacher may enjoy helping out students, giving them a sense of acomplishment.
[AN] This motivates them to work every day and help the students as much as they can, increasing efficiency of the school.
[AN+] A highly motivated teacher would help motivate students, helping them earn a better grade, improving the brand image of the school and attracting more students.

[KN] A reason why a person may work other than the reason for money may be because they enjoy the work they do
[APP]For instance a teacher with a low salary may still work because they enjoy helping their students in achieving their goals
[AN]Hence this shows that a worker may be motivated to go to work because they enjoy the work they do this leads to an increase in the workers productivity subsequently leading to the worker to achieve the motivation objective of self-esteem
[AN+]Thus this shows that a worker may not only work for the money but because they are satisfied with job that they are doing

[KN] Another reason why a person may want to work without the reason for money may be because they want social interaction with other people

[AN] Thus this shows that a worker may work to feel a scence of belonging in the job leading to an increase in motivation subsequently increasing the quality output produced by the worker
[AN+] therefore this will increase output of the business helping fulfill customer satisfaction which will lead to an increase in sales resulting In an improvement in profit for the business

[KN] Because of job satisfaction.
[APP] For example a nurse chose to work because it makes them feel good to help sick people get better.
[AN] Hence this would create positive relationship between nurse and patient. It would also reduce stress, so the person feels more able to do his work properly and it builds reputation which leads to better job opportunity.
[AN+] Hence a highly motivated nurse works for the betterment of patient

[KN] Another reason would be for social interaction.
[APP] For example, a shop worker may like talking to customers and co-workers while working.
[AN] This helps the worker feel part of a team, which improves teamwork and communication. It also reduces loneliness, making them enjoy their work more. As a result, they become more productive and loyal to the business.
[AN+] Therefore, better teamwork and productivity can improve the business’s overall performance.

KN: One of the factors can be esteem needs.
APP: For example, a new recruit in a furniture factory would want to be respected and appreciated for their work.
AN: Due to this they will be willing to work harder which improves performance and therefore, chances of promotion. Through the promotion they would get a pay raise or other benefits which will improve their living standards.
AN+; This will guarantee their loyalty to the firm which reduces overall labour turnover rates and thus, also the cost of recruiting new employees are spared.
KN: Another factor other than money can be that they have social needs.
APP: For example, the employee of that furniture factory would want to socialize with other people and have a sense of belonging.
AN: this encourages team work which improves efficiency. For instance if a person is good at polishing furniture then they can teach other to improve or a group of people who are experts at different things can form a team. Both ways are efficient which also improves the quality of the chairs produced.
AN: Due to this the business will be able to charge higher prices which increases profit . These profits or revenue can be reinvested in the business to open up a new factory producing tables. (causing expansion).
