> In APP relate that with any nature of the business and mention how it matters for that business specifically.
> In AN give your possible cause, effects, impacts, So what etc.
> In AN+ try to give the long term impact on the business of such employee turnover.

Repeat the steps for 2nd KN >> APP >> AN >> AN+

KN: Ome of the main reasons for a high labour turnover within an organization is low salary or no monetary benefits being granted to the employees.
APP: For example, a doctor would not want to work km a hospital where they are not being paid well.
AN: Due to this, their living standards would decline and they would have to work overtime or somewhere else to make the ends meet, causing a lot of stress and burden in them, leading towards loss if interest in work and demotivation, forcing them to switch organizations. This increases the labour turnover rates of the hospital.
AN+: Due to this the hospital will have to bear extra costs of hiring and training new doctors again and again for the same job/task.
KN2: Labour turnover rates also increase if the business is not able to provide growth opportunities and programs to the employees to boost and showcase their skills.
APP: For example, the doctors of the hospital would quit if they know that there are very few chances of growth and promotion.
AN: If the hospital is able to provide such programs then the doctors would be ome experts/professionals in their relative fields which improves the quality of their services to the patients, increasing the patients for each one of them due to which they would feel recognized. This boosts their morald and they work even harder, resulting in increased efficiency.
AN+: Thus, if the hospital is unable to cater these needs of the hospital, this will cause high labour turnover, leading towards the hospital being unable to retain its culture.

[kn] One cause of high labour turnover is poor working conditions or low job satisfaction.
[app] For example, employees in a factory with long hours and unsafe environments may leave for better jobs.
[an] This reduces morale, disrupts workflow, and increases recruitment costs as new staff need to be hired and trained.
[an+] Over time, poor conditions damage the company’s reputation, lower productivity, and make it harder to attract skilled workers.

[kn] Another cause is low pay compared to competitors.
[app] For instance, if a retail store pays less than rival chains, workers may quit for higher wages elsewhere.
[an] This leads to a loss of experienced staff, higher training expenses, and decreased service quality.
[an+] In the long run, frequent staff changes can weaken team stability, lower efficiency, and hurt overall business performance.

KN (Knowledge):
One major reason for high labour turnover is low salary. When employees feel that they are not being fairly repay for their work, they are likely to leave the organization in search of better paying opportunities.

APP (Application):
For example, in a Pakistani clothing brand like “Khaadi,” if sales assistants and store staff receive low pay compared to competitors, they may feel undervalued and seek jobs elsewhere. This matters for Khaadi because losing trained staff means the business has to spend time and resources hiring and training replacements.

AN (Analysis):
Low salary can cause employees to become demotivated and less productive, which affects the overall performance of the business. It also increases recruitment and training costs as new employees have to be hired regularly. Frequent turnover disrupts teamwork and customer service, which can reduce customer satisfaction and sales.

AN+ (Further Analysis):
In the long term, consistently offering low salaries may harm the brand’s reputation as an employer, making it harder to attract skilled staff. This can slow down growth and expansion plans since the business may struggle to maintain experienced teams. Moreover, constantly replacing staff can create instability in operations, affecting the company’s ability to achieve its strategic goals.

KN (Knowledge)
Another reason for high labour turnover is poor management or a toxic work environment. Employees may leave if they feel unsupported, over-supervised, or stressed by their managers.

APP (Application):
For instance, a UK cafe chain like “Costa Coffee” may face high turnover if supervisors do not give clear instructions or if staff feel stressed and unsupported. This can create problems in running the café efficiently and maintaining good customer service.

AN (Analysis):
A toxic work environment can lower employee motivation and morale, which reduces productivity and quality of work. Staff may take more time off or leave suddenly, creating gaps in operations. Poor service can lead to unhappy customers, which affects sales and the company’s reputation.

AN+ (Further Analysis):
Over time, poor management can make it hard to keep experienced staff. High turnover increases training and recruitment costs, while staff loyalty declines. If this continues, it can slow the company’s growth, harm its reputation, and make it difficult to compete with other businesses.

[KN] A rise in labour turnover could be because of lower salaries than competitors.
[APP] For example, a car repair business pays its employees $15/hr, but a competitor pays its employees $20/hr, which attracts the employees of the business to competitors.
[AN] This leads to a fall in skilled mechanics working for the business, leading to a fall in the quality of services provided, dissatisfying customers, leading to bad word of mouth, and a fall in sales.
[AN+] Furthermore, the business will need to hire more employees, which would require training to improve the quality of services, leading to a rise in costs.

[KN] Employees may also leave due to unsafe working conditions.
[APP] For example, in a car repair workshop, a vehicle lift with weak or unstable support beams could collapse at any time, putting mechanics at serious risk of injury.
[AN] This would make employees feel stressed and unsafe, causing higher absenteeism as workers avoid dangerous tasks, lower productivity because employees work more slowly and cautiously, and increased labour turnover as staff leave for safer workplaces.
[AN+] The business may also face legal penalties or compensation claims if an accident occurs, increasing expenses and damaging its reputation, which could reduce customer trust and future sales.

[KN] high labor turnover can occur when employees are not paid fairly or receive very few financial benefits
[APP] such as cashiers in a supermarket may leave if other nearby stores offer higher hourly wages
[AN] hence ,low pay makes workers feel undervalued ,they lose motivation to stay when the same job pays better elsewhere. This pushes them to switch jobs, increasing turnover.
{AN+]moreover the supermarket constantly has to hire and train new cashiers, raising costs

[KN} labor turnover also rises when a business does not provide employees with chances to develop skills or earn promotions.
[APP] such as employees in a tech company may quit if there are no training programmes to help them move into higher roles like team leader or manager.
[AN]hence , without growth staff feel stuck in the same position, their motivation drops because their career isn’t progressing. This makes them look for companies with better development opportunities.
[AN+] This leads to the business losing skilled workers and struggling to maintain an experienced team.

(K)Toxic management can be one.(App) In a school the manager is very harsh with employees and school teachers-very toxic behavior. (An) higher turnover as a result causes new people to business culture have slower productivity initially- leads to less quality of service- consumers angered lost- causes lower revenue.(An) leads rival advantage- initial revenue from lost consumer can be used fighting against us- leads lower market share gained in long run as rivals devised better strategies than when no one lost to them.
(K) secondly lower pays. (Ap)school teachers(same example) change over time when firm profits⏬️- lower pays switch to competitors. (An) higher turnover leads less available workers at times-leads to less operations or longer time each- leads difficulty to cope up increased consumers- leads loss of them to competitors-lowers increase market share. (An)long run- disadvantaged to rivals- initially lower market share gained then school could have if sales- difficulty for gaining more in long run- rivals fighting back-protecting theirs.

Point 1
One cause of high labour turnover is low or uncompetitive pay
Application
For example, if a business pays less than rival firms, employees may feel they can earn more elsewhere
Analysis
Low pay reduces motivation, leading to dissatisfaction with the job, causing employees to actively look for better paying opportunities and also reduces their productivity
Further Analysis
Over time, this results in frequent resignations, increasing recruitment and training costs for the business
Point 2
Another cause is poor management or a toxic work environment.
Application
For instance, if managers give no support to employees, staff may feel stressed or undervalued
Analysis
Poor management reduces morale leading to frustration at work not only making them less productive but also making employees more likely to leave
Further Analysis
In the long run, this harms the business’s reputation as an employer, causing even more staff to quit and making recruitment difficult

[KN] One cause is the poor working condition.
[APP] For example factory workers may quit if machines are outdated.
[AN] Hence this may lead to the staff becoming demotivated leading to fall in productivity and more employees resigning.
[AN+] This damages the firm’s reputation, making it harder to attract new talent and slowing growth.

[KN] Another reason would be low pay.
[APP] For example shop assistants in a supermarket may resign if another retailer offers higher hourly pay.
[AN] This would lead to the workers/employees becoming demotivated as they will feel undervalued and they would switch their jobs which would lead to rise in labor turnover.
[AN+] Also High turnover then increases recruitment and training costs, making it harder for the business to control expenses.

(KN)Toxic management.
(APP)For instance, in a factory, the manager might be biased and allow certain workers to work overtime while not allowing others.
(AN)This will make the worker feel unfairly treated and taken advantage of, which will negatively effect their mental health and cause stress, in turn the pressure will cause them to quit their job.
(AN+)This will hamper business production, so demand won't be met on time, worsening business' brand image.

(KN)The might become boring for the worker.
(APP)For instance, in a labor-intensive factory, workers will be required to produce the same product for hours everyday.
(AN)This repetitiveness will eventually make the workers feel burnout, so the workers will be less willing to put in effort so the higher ups won't recognize their work, therefore their esteem needs won't be met, causing them to quit.
(AN+)This in turn would increase burden on other workers to meet quotas causing further demotivation of workforce.

[KN]Low wages and salaries might make the employees in a business resign and find a better paying job.
[APP]For example a firm pays it's workers $2000 per month and a competitor pays $2500.
[AN]This might demotivate the workers which will lead to increase in resignations leading to higher labour turnover which will lead to decrease in productivity and output resulting in lower sales.
[AN+]High labour turnover might increase the recruitment and training costs of the business, decreasing it's profit margins in the long run

[KN]Poor working conditions might also make workers resign.
[APP]for example a factory has poor heating and lighting which makes working extremely hard for employees.
[AN]This demotivates the workers and reduces their willingness to work which leads to decrease in job satisfaction resulting in higher resignations.
[AN+] working conditions are therefore necessary to fulfill the safety needs of the workers.

One reason can be the lower salaries
Employees need good amount of salary which most of the times help to fulfill the physiological needs and due to prices increasing
It will be difficult if the salaries are low
Another reason can be the toxic environment
Due to this the employees lose motivation to perform a task because of either employees creating a toxic environment or the safety needs aren't being fulfilled
So they chose to do a job in another business that don't have these elements

(KN) One cause for a high labor turnover in a business could be low salary of the employee.
(APP) For example, if an employee of a car manufacturing company is being paid minimum wage that isn't sufficient to satisfy the physiological needs of the employee, it demotivates the employee and forces them to look for other jobs in order to feed their family.
(AN) This leads to many employees leaving the company, leading to a high inventory turnover. This high inventory turnover effects the image of the company deeply, leading to potential employees avoiding to apply in the company, which is especially dangerous in a very competitive market.
(AN+) In a large market eg car manufacturing companies, competitors may take advantage of this weakness of the company and may offer slightly higher salaries to make more employees of the company leave, further effecting the labor turnover.
(KN) Another cause of a high labor turnover could be employees not getting fringe benefits.
(APP) For example, if the same car manufacturing company doesn't offer benefits such as free healthcare or even a small car to employees which competitors are providing to their employees, it is highly unlikely that the employee would be loyal to the business and would start finding a job where such benefits are provided by the company, resulting in a high labor turnover.
(AN) This high labor turnover would mean there would be a less amount of employees in the company that the business can count on to carry out their tasks efficiently, since new joiners or replacements could not be trusted this early, meaning the overall productivity decreases, leading to delays in customers' orders and frustration of customers increase.
(AN+) The delayed orders would lead to the loss of trust of customers, meaning there would be little to no loyal customers left, eventually leading to lower profits and cashflow problems.

Kn:One cause of high labour turnover is poor working conditions or management
App:For example in fast food restaurants employees may face long hours high workloads
Ana:This can make the staff feel stressed increasing the chances that they may look for other jobs
F.A : As a result the business may experience frequent resignations because employees prefer workplaces with a more supportive atmosphere
Kn:Low pay and limited opportunities for progression
App:For instance in a retail store employees may only receive minimum wage
Ana:This reduces employee motivation because workers may believe their efforts won’t lead to better rewards
F.A:Therefore they are more likely to leave for competitors offering higher wages hence leading to consistently high labour turnover

kn] low salary in the firm will increase high labor turnover in the firm as employ will look to another opportunity with high salary
ap] for e.g. a software company where they offer salary less than 25000 which will make the employ satisfaction get low making them to leave the organization
an] this will make the business operations and objectives get delay and expect long time for their completion and the business productivity will also decrease as per new employ take time to settle down in the firm with their full potential in working
an+] this will decrease the overall revenue and sales as software projects would not be delivered on time

kn2] toxic environment will make the employ stressed which make him offend and force to leave the organization
ap] for e.g. where boss is strict and arrogant in the organization will make the employ depressed make to leave the organization
an] this will decrease the motivation level of employes making the productivity of workers decrease as making the overall business efficiency decrease making the business dumbed
