(APP) For example, if a cafe's customers complain regularly about employees misbehaving with them, implementing disciplinary procedures would teach employees how to treat customers and what the consequences of regular customer complains can lead to.
(AN) This would improve the reputation of the cafe and would restore many customers who left just because of employees' misbehavior. The sudden change in the behavior and the increased level of professionalism in the employees way of serving would create a reputable brand image, leading to an increased number of customers, therefore leading to higher sales and net profit.

It is important as it helps the busienss follow legal requiremnets while dealing with employees misconduct
for example if an office employee is accused of bullying, the company must follow a formal investigation and warning process to meet employment laws.
this way the business can avoid legal disscussion with employees, which saves money as it prevents fines, and protects the business from bad reputation .

disiplinary procedures are essential for businesses to manage employees effectively.for eg a business has a policy on punctuality .if an employee violates this policy, the disciplinary procedure ensures that employees understand the consequences of such actions.this encourages the employee to be more punctual nd accountable hence promoting the discipline within the business environment.Moreover,it also improves overall prouctivity of the business.

[APP] For example if an employee in software developing business often ignores deadlines, then personal meeting with the owner can improve his behavior

kn] its important because they should have legal formalities for the work as they are now in professional relation.
ap] for e.g. employ and owner have a contract for the job in which they sign all the rules and regulations he had to follow if working.

So removing from ranks,beating up etc as disciplinary actions to maintain rules and regulations.(An)without it leads misbehaviour,offences,crimes;customers annoyed by staff or high corruption-inefficiency in firm, or other problems that affect performance of firm, causes lower future economic benefits.

Disciplinary procedure helps employees to learn how to perform their role in a proper manner
For example clothing outlet if employees do not cooperate with the customers it doesn't create customer loyalty and can ruin the brand image
This will effect the business and they lose customers

KN: Allow employees to be informed of the consequences of their behavior
APP: Example a disciplinary procedure for a company could be that 'every time they are late to work for 3 days in a row, the consequence will be that they are fined a specific amount'
AN: Therefore this helps managing employees as they are then less likely to commit the action therefore improving the workplace environment and e.g. in this case keeps employees punctual. Furthermore this prevents any negative legal matter as the employees cannot claim that the consequence e.g. being fined, or being dismissed for a larger issue, was un-precendented therefore preventing the business from facing unnecessary costs (lawyers etc.) aswell as mantains a positive public image aswell.
