(KN) Identifying customer needs leads to higher customer satisfaction.
(APP) For example, if a fashion designer knows exactly what her customers want, she would be able to produce the products exactly the way majority of the customers like them.
(AN) This would lead to satisfied customers, leading to an increased number of loyal customers, meaning there is an increased chance of positive word of mouth to be spread among the friends and family of each loyal customer.
(AN+) This would lead to a massive increase in sales, leading to a higher net profit and little to no cashflow problems.
(KN)Another benefit of identifying customer needs is that a stronger brand image is made.
(APP) For example, if the fashion designer consistently delivers exactly what the customers want, it builds a good reputation and stands out from competitors.
(AN) This means that the business would get a competitive edge over the market, meaning most customers that are new to the market would most likely become customers of this business rather than becoming customers of the competitors, given the good reputation of the business.
(AN+) All these factors would combine to make the business profitable make success look far more easier in the future.

[KN]Identifying customer needs can lead towards better product development (clothing designs).
[APP]If a fashion designer makes products according to customer requirements it will reduce wastage of time on making dresses which customers do not want, this means an increase in efficiency.
[AN]When less time will be wasted on making unpopular clothing designs, this time can be invested in learning current fashion trends in the market which can help her stay updated leading towards a competitive advantage by developing strategies on what type of products to produce. With the help of those strategies this can then help them to create a USP of their products.
[AN+]In the long run, this can help to reduce storage and warehouse costs as there wont be any outdated products which can help them to improve their cashflow.

[KN]Identifying customer needs as per the desired quality can help to reduce complaints.
[APP]When products will be made according to customer requirements they will be more willing to buy the product and they will less likely return it.
[AN] This means, a strong brand image can be developed on the basis of first mover advantage meaning more customers will be attracted toward the trendy yet quality stuff. With sustained quality, now the business can charge premium prices which would not only lower the workloads yet retaining good profit margins.
[AN+] In the long run, if the business launch any additional products there would be higher acceptance rate which means lower costs of advertisements & promotions to attract customers. Also, now the business can open multiple outlets within or outside the countries.

[APP]: For example, if a fashion designer identifies their customer's needs they would be able to create clothes that match the customers taste and would be able to fulfill customer demands.
[AN]: Thus, this would lead to increased revenue which would further lead to increase in profit margin and improved cashflow and would improve financial performance of the business.
[AN+]: Furthermore, leading to long term success of business.

[APP]: For example, if a fashion designer consistently delivers products that satisfy their customers those satisfied customers would more likely become loyal repeat buyers and would recommend the brand to others as well.
