AN: In this Manger acts as a leader and motivates employees by providing them with proper training and making them adaptable to business environment.
AN+:When employee is motivated they work with better focus and thus make less errors.
AN+: Less errors lead to less costs for busines to bear
AN+: Leads to business stability Giving competitive edge to business.

[AN+] This may be achieved through encouraging new ideas from within the business and holding meetings aimed at putting new ideas into practice. [AN+] Furthermore, it may also be done by responding to threatening situations that may put the business at risk. [AN+] In addition, this also involves representing the organisation in all important negotiations such as with the government.

[AN+] Business gains competitor advantage as they are the first in the market to keep up with trends
[AN+] business will attract wider consumer base and have increased market share. This can eventually lead to them becoming market leaders
