KN: In a democratic management style, employees are actively involved in decision-making processes related to their work, projects, or the organization as a whole because of which employees get more engaged in their work.
AN: When there is more engagement in work there are better chances of better collaboration between different departments of the business AND less confusion ii employees on what to do.
AN+: Better collaboration can lead to sharing of creative and innovative ideas which can help in saving business costs or be profitable for the business.
AN+: When there is less confusion in employees they have beter focus and work in the right direction.
AN+: Working in the right direction helps in making business objectives realistic and less wastages of resources and time is done as less errors are made.

[AN+] They may learn to work in new ways which may enhance their self esteem and allow them to showcase their creativity by being flexaible.
