KN: Better decision making as they understand how to make logical decisions and not rely on impulsive actions
AN: This allows for good objectives being set
AN+: Better objectives means responding to situations better like taking the most effective decisions rather than being defensive and not addressing the issue, this helps retain customer base
AN+: This allows the business to grow as the manager can accurately pin point which departments are slacking and how to improve

KN: Emotionally intelligent Managers know how to handle employees and make them work efficiently by encouraging them and supporting their needs
AN: This improves their mood and productivity and reduces their turnover rate
AN+: This environment also attracts innovative people and intrapreneurs to work for the company which increases their intellectual capital
AN+: If worker moods are improved their customer service will also be better which satisfies customers and could lead to a larger customer base
