[Kn] a bank may offer convenient services to there customers [app] such as an online banking system so one doesnt have to go to the bank everytime to pay bills [an] this saves the consumers time aswell as his effort in going to the bank furthermore it makes more consumers want to change banks just for that specific feature

APP: for example a bank like HBL can offer discounts on online purchases or offer premium quality bank cards which makes the customer stand out.
AN: such services attracts the customers as the bank is not only fulfilling their need for security of money but also making them stand out due to their premium cards. This allows the bank to attract more customers, increasing its income and charge higher service fees adding to its profit.
