large established supermarket will have the objective or profit mazimization or growth whereas new small grocery store has the objective of survival or attracting customers
for example small grocery store may try building customer loyalty where as a large grocery store focus on expanding
having different sizes there objectives are different small store could provide personalized item whereas large store would invest in advertisment or gives sales. this shows that small business use cautious strategies to stay afloat in the market until they gain a strong customer base befre they offer some new item whereas even if large business offer a new product and it doesn't work in the market the failure won't ruin there entire brand image

Knowledge Point:
A new small grocery store and a large supermarket have different objectives because their size, resources, and experience are not the same. A small store mainly wants to survive, while a large one aims to grow and earn more profit.

Application:
For example, a small local shop like Khan Mini Mart may aim to cover daily costs and build loyal customers, whereas a big supermarket like Carrefour focuses on expanding its branches and increasing national sales.

Analysis:
A small shop has fewer customers, so its main goal is to earn enough money to keep running. When it slowly builds regular buyers, it can start making small profits. As profits increase, it becomes more stable and can plan for future growth showing how survival can later lead to expansion, just like big supermarkets.

{KN}Small grocery stores have limited capital and resources, while large supermarkets like Al-Fatah or Tesco have significant financial strength and brand recognition.
{APP}For example, a local grocery store in Lahore may only have enough capital to rent a small shop and stock a limited range of essential goods such as rice, flour, and vegetables. In contrast, a large supermarket like Al-Fatah has significant financial resources that allow it to open multiple branches, invest in modern facilities, and offer a wide range of local and imported products.

KN: A new small grocery store and a big supermarket like Al-Fatah or Tesco have different objectives because they are at different stages of growth.

AP: For example, a new grocery store might aim to survive its first year and attract loyal local customers, while Tesco focuses on increasing market share and expanding to more cities or countries.

AN: The small store needs to build its reputation and steady income first, so its goals are about survival. The large supermarket already has that, so it focuses on growth. Big chains also care more about keeping prices low through bulk buying, while small stores focus personal service.

(KN)
Business objectives depend on the size, age and financial position of a business. New and small businesses usually aim to survive while large established ones focus on growth and profit.
(APP)
For example a new small grocery store in rawalpindi may set an objective to attract local customers and cover its daily costs while a large supermarket chain like carrefour aims to increase market share and open branches.
(AN)
This shows that the small grocery stores main goal is survival and building a customer base while the large supermarket goal is expansion and higher profits. The difference comes from their financial strength and experience big chains can afford long term growth plans but small stores must first ensure stability.

[KN]for a large established store they would focus on profit maximization as well as market share where as samll grocery store would focus on growth and survival.
[APP]for instance alfatah a large supermarket as per the objective of increasing market share and profit they would increase prices or selling products with low COP however H&S super store a small grocery store as per their objective they would focus on discount deals and offers likewise having cheaper products to attract new customers increasing consumer base.
[AN]thus this clears out the difference of a large and a small grocery store likewise with their objectives to run the market according to the competition and the market size.

(KN) The well established chain would set profit maximization as its main objective whereas the small grocery store would try its best to survive in the market.
(APP) For example, a large chain, that is well established in a country and has many customers, would aim to maximize profit as many people know about it, it has a good brand image, and it has loyal customers. On the other hand, a small grocery store that has recently started trading doesn't enjoy any of these luxuries and aims to survive in the market until it is able to challenge competitors.
(AN) This survival objective prevents the young business to collapse in its early stages and proves to play a key role in the business's success in later years.

[KN] The well established chain would have set objectives like profit maximization whereas the small grocery store would have objectives like survival.
[APP] e.g.A laarge supermarket is already well known in the market and would already have a larger consumer base whereas a small grocery store wouldn't be that well known in the market and would have a lower consumer base as compared to the larger supermarket chain.
[AN] Thus showing survival is essential for the new supermarket as it will help business survive in the early stages and will help business succeed in later years.
