a business with high sales revenue might have cash problems if they don't recieve there payments on time
for example if sales are made on credit, and customers take weeks to pay, making business short on cash
this makes business struggle with its day to day expenses, this could also give a false cash flow reports making the business have liquidity problems which would eventually lead then to take short loans from the business

For instance, a business increases sales through marketing which has advertising costs or through improving quality of their products which also increases average costs. Sometimes this cost is more than the revenue earned, or sometimes the customers have not paid yet so the business does not have money on time to pay off the expenses.
AN: this causes cashflow problems die to which the businesses are not able to continue the high level of production for a longer time period in most cases, due to which they loose customers, decreasing sales and revenue which leads towards lesser profit margins earned, causing financial problems again.
